Mick McCormick of Yale Materials Handling talks Industry 4.0 and workforce planning

Mick McCormick, Robotics Business Leader at Yale Materials Handling Corporation, has worked in the material handling field for 30 years. He uses this experience to support Industry 4.0 efforts, including automation and the Industrial Internet of Things, as well as workforce planning at the company.

He discussed how automation and robotics are changing the landscape of material handling, logistics and warehousing.  Developing an advanced training system that can handled the across-the-board skills required for training is his most recent undertaking.
