MFG TMW: Glenn Daehn leads revolution in hybrid manufacturing

Glenn Daehn, principal investigator and director of a new $52-million National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center called “Hybrid Autonomous Manufacturing, Moving from Evolution to Revolution” (HAMMER) outlines how this center will speed up transformation of the manufacturing processes that are being used today to support industry's most pressing needs. The Ohio State University is the lead institution of a consortium that is dedicated to quickly transitioning new manufacturing processes and technologies to manufacturers’ use.
